Trust endorsement from the US MSB license

As a financial services entity registered in the United States, TJX has obtained the MSB (Money Services Business) license issued by the US Department of the Treasury's FinCEN. This is the core compliance certificate for conducting digital currency transactions, cross-border payments, etc. in the United States. The platform strictly complies with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and anti-money laundering (AML), anti-terrorist financing (CFT) regulatory requirements, and has established a complete compliance system:

• KYC/AML mechanism: Utilizes on-chain marking of suspicious addresses combined with dynamic identity verification to achieve user identity penetration-based verification. It also supports a flexible model of "basic transactions without KYC + tiered KYC for increased credit limits", balancing privacy and compliance.

• Fund security isolation: User assets are completely separated from the platform's operating funds and are securely held by a licensed trust institution in the United States, meeting the regulatory requirements of the SEC for digital asset custody.

• Global compliance expansion: The application processes for the Canadian FTR license and the Singapore MAS exemption license have been initiated. The Hong Kong license will be finalized in Q1 of 2026, covering the core markets of North America and Asia-Pacific.
